Upload Video Tags Tool Tip Not Showing

Hi,

Small bug I think. When I Upload a video, the Tags Tool Tip in the info box does not show, see screen shot below:

Can I just add about Tool Tips in Admin! Some Tool Tips in Admin have links in them, however, when you try and move your mouse pointer to click on the link, the Tool Tip disappears so you cannot actually click them as in the example screenshot below:
