[Coding] not known if its a bug or not

i dont know if this is a bug or not but i have noticed a few occasions that like or dislike notifications are not recieved :/

Hi Stuart Moseley,
Thanks for your report, now when you like/unlike a post then post owner will not get notification from you. We will improve it on next version, but on next version we only send notification if have anyone like your post, I think we do not need to get notification if have anyone unlike your posts.
