[Coding] Admin View Glitch

Admins (not super Admin) does not have rights to delete members. This is fine by me, however when they go to view the member list, the check box column is deleted except for the check box header. This causes all columns to move to the LEFT, and not lined up with the proper header.

I have no idea if the new patch prevents this from happening. If someone could try to replicate let me know.
