[Accepted] Events WYSIWYG editor

When we ad a new Event should have the wysiwyg editor enabled, same as when you create a Topic. Much more professional looking Events descriptions.

Thanks for the nudge! Accepted but will need to review carefully before implementation. It will be announce in our roadmap or release note if chosen to be implemented.
