I'm still in the release 1.4

I can upgrade the last one 1.5.2

Or, I must first install it 1.5 and afterwards 1.5.2

my own mooSocial is up to date! 3.0.0

You can upgrade to the latest version. Make sure to test the upgrade on a development site and make a full copy of your live site before upgrading.
