On March 7, 2019, all Google+ APIs and Google+ Sign-in will be shut down completely. This will be a progressive shutdown, with API calls starting to intermittently fail as early as January 28, 2019, and OAuth requests for Google+ scopes starting to intermittently fail as early as February 15, 2019.
What do I need to do?
Please update your projects listed below by March 7, 2019 and ensure they are no longer using Google+ APIs, or requesting Google+ OAuth scopes. The data below shows which Google+ API methods your projects have recently called, as well as Google+ OAuth scopes it has requested.
Note: If you see calls to people. Get, these can be the result of using the Google+ Sign-In feature in your application, which is now fully depreciated and is being shut down. Developers should migrate from the Google+ Sign-In feature to the more comprehensive Google Sign-in authentication system.
6. Improve email validation when sign up. Do not allow to imput special char like #, %... into email
7. Improve photo feed on web: The photos uploaded at home feed will show in full size at new feed now.
8. Please remove G+ option on 'Share this'
9. Language selection improvement: If member selected English at landing page -> the selected English language will auto assign to member after they loggedin.
10. I did choose for "Location" to be a required field for members to input, but it only makes them enter "Country." When they set up their Profile. I'd need Country, State and City to all be required fields
11. Change username to profile address
12. Modify the "Follow" feature: if "follow" option is enable -> everyone tab at home feed will not change, it will show updates from all members. The Friends & Me will auto change to Friends, Following & Me

I can see all postings as a normal user
Mark it must have been a quick fix of the problem with the 3.0.2 version it still had that if i follow system enabled also only posts from friends and from follow up was displayed
Only the admin had the authority to see everything
